Project Goals
Project aims to attract new customers as well as to increase disbursement of new and existing customers. Increase the rate of customers using Mobile App MC and increase awareness and brand reputation of Mcredit.


Detail Plan
(1) Implemented the "joint promotion" campaign between the two brands Mcredit and Vinpearl with benefits associated with summer tourism goals. (2) Customers who disburse within the KM period will receive an E-Voucher right away and participate in Lucky draw on Mobile App MC. (3) Customers use “successfully disbursed code” to participate by “ringing the bell” on App MC. (4) When "ringing the bell", customers know immediately if they have won or not.

Subjects of application: Existing customers and new customers disbursing during KM2.2. Contents of the promotion: - Immediately give gifts from Vinpearl which are gift certificates….(Waiting for Vinpearl to confirm) Customers who are disbursed during the KM period will immediately receive a successful disbursement code, this code will be used to key in the "lucky bell" on the Mobile app MC for a chance to receive hundreds of "vacations in the future". dream" for families in the Vinpearl ecosystem at 35 hotels and 15 destinations across the country of VinpearlWhen the customer is confirmed to disburse, the customer will receive a "successfully disbursed code" with a link to guide to participate in Lucky draw on mobile app (in addition to the instructions of sales and partners)
